Users review: It seems that takes all the great Sci-Fi movies ever to be made. It took over seventy years to John Carter made his debut on the big screen. I had a copy of L. Ron Hubbards Battlefield Earth argued that it would become a film soon, but it never happened until nearly twenty years later (many would say and probably should not take it). Enders game is still one of the best sci-fi novels I've read, and the development scannáni for something like ten years. So in 2013, I could not be more excited.Enders game is kinda like the Hunger Games set in space, but more aggressive, not ; before great, more original. EG has its fair share of special effects-laden spectacle, with huge swarms planetscapes incredible space ship and fill the screen. Fortunately, it's not all an act just for the sake of action, it is a direct result of the story. When space battles breaking out right, the movie is still moving very fast with loads of character-driven film keeps conflicts. The much still in its sub = turn to tell the story, and it hit all the plot points that were in the original novel. Cut several large plots, visual training / combat shortened, and various other liberties taken, but the two-hour film, looked scannánó ; LEGAL to cover the entire parcel, to be bizarre. A lot of the scenes exactly as I pictured from reading the book (even mindgame CGI fantasy scenes, which I always fancied being Pixar animated style, and turning it out to be!), Assault and darkness has translated the book mostly in film. Best of all, the main types of books still bear some reasonable weight narrative.Unfortunately movies, some things are lost in translation. Just as with Hunger Games-specific nuances of the characters, their relationships, their emotions, their pathos and better overall story presented in the book than the movies. Enders relationships with friends (even enemies) remaining at the surface, and did not reach the same depth as the novel. There are some things unexplained or stapler. Ever deeper themes explored fully. While one can not expect everything in the book to make the movie, EG falls only slightly short of immersing the audience in the characters. It can be easy to root for Ender when he stands up to bullies and shipping orders, but wont leave much scannána movie impression. As you permanently looks pretty slick and stylish, with strong photography and editing. Can be quite mixed Acting: I think all of the child actors in their job really well. Harrison Ford gets the most grief for his role, because he had many phones, but I still do not think it was as scary as on the Other critics it out to be. Ben Kingsley plays a role kinda creepily, and Viola Davis are pretty self. Writing in this movie is okay, but is rather bad habit of exposure. The production has some good-looking sets, props, costumes, and special effects. The musical score is not bad either. As usual, the book is better than the movie, but I think the film is still not good thing because adapt. I expect that the average audience familiar with the book think that the film is ok, but you may miss some nuances. Fans can book complaints were made that the film does justice to certain things. In any case, I think the film is worth renting all dedicated Sci-Fi fans.4 / 5 (Entertainment: Very Good | Story: Good | Movie: Pretty Good) |
